Nick is a successful technology services Executive, advisory consultant and non-executive director experienced in leading and growing businesses of all sizes across different industries thru the application of digital transformation.

Nick is a strategic advisor to the Board of Capability Digital Group.

Nick has developed a strength in understanding and communicating how digital can be adopted to accelerate the performance of businesses through effective cost management and/or driving growth.  This skill has led to him advising Boards, Executive management and IT divisions on the best way to transform.   

Nick has led several prominent ‘digital’ organisations, including as the Senior Managing Partner of Digital Transformation with DXC Technology providing advice to Executive management across multiple industries and Government, Head of DXC Technology’s ANZ Consulting Division, CEO of UXC Consulting which included consolidation of seven acquisitions into an integrated multi-faceted national consulting business, growing revenues over 400%, CEO and Group Managing Director for Adecco’s Professional Services Business, CEO of Freelance Global and co-founder and executive of CPT Global.

He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (EDP) from Monash University and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
